Meet the Team
Michael French
Founder
In 2023, our founder launched ProVision, merging his entrepreneurial drive with a deep love for live production to help leaders turn bold ideas into reality. His professional journey began after finishing Highlands College in 2013, when he became an audio engineer for Church of the Highlands. Until 2018, he played roles mixing weekend services, building systems and launching campuses, and training. In 2018, he joined a subsidiary of Logitech called Ultimate Ears to help further their sales efforts. He married his wife in 2024 and recently celebrated the arrival of their first child.
Head of Engineering and Design
Jay serves as Head of Engineering at ProVision while also continuing his long-standing role on the system engineering team at Church of the Highlands. With over 15 years of experience as an audio engineer—and a background in IT—Jay has been instrumental in building and managing AVL systems across 22 campuses, supporting new construction, weekend services, and team development.
At ProVision, he brings that same high standard of excellence, helping design systems with the same quality and care he’s known for at Highlands. A brilliant mix engineer, passionate learner, and natural problem solver, Jay is committed to delivering solutions that perform with precision and purpose. Jay married his wife in 2023 and enjoys spending his downtime with their Husky, Luna.
